Torre Lorenzo won Best Hotel Interior Design for Dusit Princess Lipa City, the upcoming internationally-branded hotel that serves as the upcoming third tower of Tierra Lorenzo Lipa. Having been recently topped off, the hotel is scheduled to open soon and is the latest addition to Torre Lorenzo’s increasingly diverse hospitality portfolio.

Dusit Princess Lipa serves as the fourth collaboration between Torre Lorenzo and Dusit International, following Dusit Thani Residence Davao and dusitD2 Davao in Davao City, and Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort in Davao de Oro. The hotel boasts of having a local touch to a global brand, combining TLDC and Dusit International’s unique Filipino and Thai elements to elevate the Lipa experience. The hotel’s unique design balances modernity with local tradition, from Solihiya accents to its vibrant festival colors, as well as artwork inspired by Batangueño life.

“We just topped off Dusit Princess Lipa last week, and we’re excited because it blends Dusit’s global brand with a signature and uniquely Filipino touch.
