Who we are

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation was the first to bring premium university residences to the country in 2000, after having observed the lack of quality student residences near top universities in the Philippines.

From pioneering student residences in the country, the company has grown to become a dynamic, full-scale developer with residential, integrated-use, and hospitality developments across Manila, Lipa City, and Davao.

Today, Torre Lorenzo is known for its prime locations, proactive property management, thriving residential communities, and good investment value.
