Vertica Torre Lorenzo takes shape with concrete pouring milestone

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) has marked another construction milestone with the ceremonial concrete pouring for Vertica Torre Lorenzo, advancing the development of its latest premium student residence in the heart of Manila’s University Belt.

Vertica Torre Lorenzo is TLDC’s second premium student residence in Sampaloc, Manila, expanding the company’s presence in one of the country’s key university districts. Strategically located at San Anton corner Reten Street, the development is just steps away from major educational institutions, including the University of Santo Tomas, National University–Manila, University of the East, and Far Eastern University.

Featuring a vibrant and contemporary design, Vertica brings a fresh expression to Torre Lorenzo’s approach to elevated student living while upholding the quality and attention to detail that have defined its developments since 1999.

Designed to complement the different aspects of student life, Vertica offers amenities that support wellness, productivity, and recreation. Residents can maintain an active lifestyle through the fully equipped fitness center, lap swimming pool, and half basketball court. Dedicated study areas and group study lounges provide spaces for individual work and collaboration, while the paw park adds to the convenience of a pet-friendly residential environment.

“Vertica is designed with the next generation of students in mind. We remain committed to bringing Torre Lorenzo’s signature quality to every residence we develop, while creating spaces that respond to the evolving needs of student living. Today’s concrete pouring marks another significant step in turning this vision into reality,” shared Monica Lorenzo, TLDC Director for Leisure and Business Development.
