Torre Lorenzo repeats as one of the Best and Most Caring Companies to Work for in Asia for the fourth year in a row

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) has been recognized by HR Asia as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Asia and one of the Most Caring Companies in Asia for four consecutive years (2022-2025).

“We are truly grateful to be receiving these awards for the fourth year in a row. Just as we invest in the well-being of our residents over the years, we do the same in caring for our employees’ growth and empowerment in the workplace,” shares TLDC CEO Cathy Casares-Ko.

All winners were chosen through an independent judging process based on employee surveys and best practices audits. The awards recognize companies with the best HR practices, high employee engagement, and excellent workplace cultures. Meanwhile, the Most Caring Companies Award has been given to workplaces that demonstrate an impeccable effort to foster an empathetic and caring environment within the organization.

Among the 195 nominated companies that participated in the assessment, 49 were named as Best Companies to Work For in Asia. Out of these winners, only 12 were named as Most Caring Companies in Asia, including Torre Lorenzo.

The major recognition comes just weeks after Torre Lorenzo won big at the 13th PropertyGuru Awards earlier in August. It is the latest milestone the company has achieved in a landmark 2025, attesting to TLDC’s longevity and dedication to the care for its residents and employees.

HR Asia, a major Asian publication for HR professionals, has conducted the Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards around the continent for several years now, including the past seven years in the Philippines. It has grown into a prestigious award ceremony and a reliable indicator for people to discover the best employers to work for - an achievement Torre Lorenzo has consistently achieved.
