Torre Lorenzo Loyola Second Tower Breaks Ground

After the successful turnover of its first project in Quezon City last year, Torre Lorenzo has officially started construction of the West Tower, its follow-on project at Torre Lorenzo Loyola.

Located in Loyola Heights, the West Tower is within walking distance from Ateneo de Manila University and Katipunan Avenue, and conveniently near malls like UP Town Center and business centers like Eastwood City and UP Technohub.

The second tower will offer TLDC’s premium amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, paw park, and outdoor lounge. Model units are available to view at the West Tower showroom at Katipunan Avenue in front of Ateneo de Manila University.
