Torre Lorenzo and EC Pay partner to enable more convenient payments

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) has partnered with Electronic Commerce Payments, Inc. (EC Pay) to provide its customers with a more convenient, secure, and accessible digital payment option through GCash. This collaboration enables customers to complete transactions quickly and easily using one of the Philippines’ leading mobile wallet platforms.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed on June 24, 2026, at Torre Lorenzo’s head office in Makati City.   Through the partnership, TLDC customers can securely and conveniently pay reservation fees, monthly amortizations, and other property-related transactions via GCash through EC Pay’s payment processing network. This allows customers to make payments anytime, anywhere using mobile devices.

Representing TLDC were CEO Cathy Casares-Ko and CFO Janeth B. de los Reyes while EC Pay was represented by President & CEO Ma. Patricia dela Fuente Pascual, and Portfolio Acquisition & Management Head Jason F. Manuel.
