First concrete pouring marks milestone for Torre Lorenzo Loyola’s Gallery and West Tower

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC)’s Gallery at Torre Lorenzo Loyola and West Tower’s construction is in full swing, with the ceremonial First Concrete Pouring held recently.

“This ceremonial first concrete pouring signifies that we are on track and schedule to deliver our commitment to our clients,” says Torre Lorenzo CEO Cathy Casares-Ko. “We are happy to see the strong demand for our Torre Lorenzo Loyola projects in this area with investors who value quality and luxury.”

Newest luxury development

Gallery at Torre Lorenzo Loyola is TLDC’s newest luxury development in Loyola Heights, Quezon City. The Gallery is exceedingly exclusive, with only 36 two- and three-bedroom units spread across nine floors. The units are meticulously planned to reward residents with privacy. It is also a low-density property with just four units per floor.

For discerning investors and residents who are downsizing and seeking a private and secure oasis in Quezon City, Gallery offers spacious units with sizable kitchens, large windows, and premium finishes. A proactive property management will ensure that the building helps enhance the value of your investment in the long term.

Residents will have private access to amenities perfect for relaxation after a busy day. They can stay fit by using the fully equipped gym and swimming pool. They also have access to the pet-friendly Sky Lounge, Meeting Room, and Residents’ Lounge.

Attuned to the needs of residents, this project comes with provisions for electric vehicle charging stations.

A second chance

Adjacent to the Gallery is Torre Lorenzo Loyola West, which was a response to the call for more premium student residences after the immense success of Torre Lorenzo’s first Tower in the area, Loyola East.  Loyola West will feature student-focused amenities, including a fitness center, residents’ lounge, and a pet-friendly Sky Lounge, all of which have been improved to cater to the needs of the market.

Located at Rosa Alvero Street, West Tower is close to top educational institutions, including Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College, and the University of the Philippines. Close to the community are business hubs such as Eastwood City and UP Technohub, malls like UP Town Center, and recreational areas for families and friends to bond, along Katipunan Avenue and the Maginhawa District.

“A foundation is very important because it holds up everything. Whether in Manila, Quezon City, Lipa, or Davao, we do it correctly,” says TLDC Chairman Tomas Lorenzo, adding, “Torre Lorenzo Loyola’s Gallery and West Tower are winning products. We raised the standards with East Tower. We’ll raise it further with West Tower. Now, we’re raising it even higher with Gallery.”
