Dusit Princess Lipa reinforces Torre Lorenzo’s tourism push in Batangas

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) commits to its expansion into hospitality and outside of Metro Manila with Dusit Princess Lipa, an internationally branded hotel in Lipa City, Batangas, and the first-ever Dusit International hotel in Southern Luzon.

Torre Lorenzo recently registered with the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) for the 149-room Dusit Princess Lipa, which is expected to advance local tourism, increase employment, and implement several environmental and sustainability efforts with the hotel’s construction and everyday operations, while supporting the broader positioning of Batangas as a key destination in Southern Luzon.

With Dusit Princess Lipa accredited by TIEZA as a New Project under the Accommodation Enterprise – Hotel category, Torre Lorenzo’s Registered Business Enterprise secures a sixteen (16) - year runway of tax and duty incentives under the CREATE MORE Act, strengthening the company’s ability to deliver premium, globally competitive developments. TIEZA’s incentives guarantee a foundation for Dusit Princess Lipa to deliver a globally aligned hospitality experience, combining premium design, elevated service, and long-term value.

Located on Altamirano Street, Dusit Princess Lipa is the third of three towers at Tierra Lipa, TLDC’s integrated-use development, which also includes two (2) residential towers, Adria and Merano.
