Construction is now in full swing for Crown Residences and Crest Suites in Tierra Davao, Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation’s (TLDC) integrated-use community in Davao City, following a major partnership with construction giant EEI Corporation.

Crown Residences and Crest Suites are located within Tierra Davao along Maryknoll Drive, Davao City. The integrated-use community also features Dusit Thani Residence Davao, dusitD2 Hotel, and The Guest House, marking one of Torre Lorenzo’s major expansions beyond Metro Manila.
