City lights illuminate the entire scene, with a particular emphasis on the Torre Lorenzo Malate building.

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) is eyeing to deliver two premium residential projects this year, tracking optimistic recovery in the real estate sector.

Chief Executive Officer Tomas Lorenzo said two of its premium residential projects, 3Torre Lorenzo and Torre Lorenzo Malate, are slated for turnover in the second half of the year, underscoring the company’s commitment to deliver targets for its buyers and investors.

“Our two new premium residences in Manila build on the TLDC hallmark of uncompromising quality,” notes Lorenzo, sharing that construction has largely remained unhampered despite the pandemic.

Located within a few minutes from the Makati central business district, and right at the center of bustling Taft Area, 3Torre Lorenzo is TLDC’s third premium residence in the district.

3Torre’s intuitively-designed studio and one-bedroom units are complemented by state-of-the-art amenities and security features, geared to cater to flexible work and study arrangements for professionals and students alike.

With its own retail space on the ground floor, 3Torre also ensures that daily essentials are within reach for its residents. Its amenity and roof deck floors, meanwhile, provide ample space for social distancing and relaxation.

In the nearby Malate district, TLDC has built the mixed-use Torre Lorenzo Malate (TLM), which uniquely features three distinct living experiences.

TLDC has partnered with international hospitality brand Ascott Limited for the management of TLM’s serviced residences, The Suites at TLM and lyf. A third component is The Residences at TLM, which features TLDC’s signature brand of premium residential condominiums.

Surrounded by the Supreme Court, University of the Philippines – Manila, Philippine General Hospital, and various other government offices, universities, and hospitals, TLM is designed to cater to professionals and students living in the historic downtown Manila area.

TLM is also within walking distance to Roxas Boulevard and the Luneta Park, two of the capital’s main heritage attractions.

“With these projects, we also hope to reinvigorate Manila’s busiest districts and add to the city’s rediscovered dynamism and charm,” shares Lorenzo, who added that the company has bucked the pandemic to remain steadfast in its project timelines.

Aside from the two developments, TLDC is also set to launch Tower 2 of Tierra Lorenzo Lipa in Batangas, which will feature Southern Luzon’s first internationally-branded hotel.  “The pandemic has given us an opportunity to improve our systems and processes, and we choose to see opportunities where there are challenges,” explained Lorenzo.
