Torre Lorenzo launches lease-to-own program

Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. (TLDC) has launched a lease-to-own program to offer greater flexibility to potential customers.

Under the Live, Lease, Own program, buyers may move into ready-for-occupancy units in select TLDC projects while paying for the contract price for a fixed, 10-year term.

The buyer enters into a contract of lease with the option to purchase with the developer, allowing them to use the unit and immediately enjoy the benefits of living in secure, safe, and dynamic Torre Lorenzo communities.

The monthly amortization under the lease program is also interest-free.

The program offers flexible paths to ownership for prospective home buyers, particularly as the real estate sector eases into post-pandemic recovery.

TLDC properties under the Live, Lease, Own program include Tierra Lorenzo Lipa and Torre Lorenzo Sur.
