2023 is another banner year for Torre Lorenzo. We kicked off the year with the launch of Crown Residences in Davao City, after which we opened The Suites at Torre Lorenzo Malate and lyf Malate Manila two hospitality developments in partnership with The Ascott Limited.
We also turned over Torre Lorenzo Loyola, a premium residential development in Quezon City, and launched a sequel West Tower beside it. In Lipa, construction is in high-gear for Merano, the second residential tower in Tierra Lorenzo Lipa.
We also made significant strides in our sustainability and community initiatives, an example of which is Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort, which uses solar energy. We remain active, too, in our livelihood, education, and social development partnerships with our host communities.
Amid these feats, we are preparing to celebrate our 25th anniversary in 2024.

Reaffirming Commitment
We will celebrate our 25th year in 2024. Celebrating the achievements of the past years is a reaffirmation of our commitment to elevating lifestyles.
We have exciting things in the pipeline for TLDC. We will continue to solidify our position as the pioneer in premium university residences while we diversify into other product categories.
In Manila, we will introduce a residential development that features young, hip spaces aimed at university students. In Quezon City, we will launch a more luxurious tower within the neighborhood of Torre Lorenzo Loyola.
In Davao, we will introduce another hospitality project that will complement our existing offerings within Tierra Davao, where dusitD2 Davao and Dusit Thani Residence Davao are located.
We will also commence construction of the third building of Tierra Lorenzo Lipa which will house Dusit Princess, the first internationally-branded hotel in Batangas.
Investment Opportunities in Hospitality
Growth momentum will continue. Demand will not just come from domestic investors, but will also be supported by foreigners and expatriates who are starting to come back to do business in the country. Investment opportunities in the hospitality sector are anticipated.
Discerning investors and end-users will continue to look for more than the usual features and upscale amenities in both residential and hospitality properties. More investors are also leaning towards investment opportunities in key growth areas out-side Metro Manila.
