Torre Lorenzo’s second Lipa City tower is now ready for occupancy

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) has announced that Merano Tower at Tierra Lipa is now move-in ready, marking the company’s continued expansion outside of Metro Manila.
Merano Tower is the second residential tower at Tierra Lipa, TLDC’s integrated-use development in Lipa City, located along Altamirano Street. Situated at the heart of the city, Merano offers convenient access to key destinations, including business hubs, hospitals, places of worship, and educational institutions such as De La Salle Lipa and National University Lipa. Its proximity to the STAR Tollway and J.P. Laurel Highway also places it approximately an hour’s drive from Metro Manila. Combined with Lipa City’s cool and refreshing climate, these advantages make the development an appealing choice for retirees, families, students, and young professionals seeking a well-connected and comfortable place to live.

Merano’s studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences reflect Torre Lorenzo’s signature commitment to thoughtful design and quality living. Residents can also enjoy the support of an in-house property management team for day-to-day maintenance, complemented by 24/7 security for added peace of mind.

Designed to cater to a range of lifestyles, Merano offers amenities including a fitness center, a children’s playground, a recreational swimming pool, and a pavilion for events. Its roof deck provides dedicated spaces for yoga and meditation, along with an herb garden that encourages residents to unwind and reconnect with nature. This emphasis on wellness earned Merano Tower the Best Wellness Residential Development award at the 2025 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

“Every time I come to Lipa, there seems to be a new hospital, school, church, or mall. All of these developments are helping put Lipa at the center of the Southern Tagalog story. We saw the potential of Lipa and how the city would continue to grow, and we knew we had to be part of that story,” said TLDC Chairman and President Tomas P. Lorenzo. “Tierra Lipa was one of our projects that we started during the pandemic, and seeing Merano Tower completed today is a testament to the perseverance of everyone involved. We have overcome many hurdles along the way, and we look forward to carrying this momentum forward as we continue to pursue new projects.”
As Tierra Lipa grows, its integrated mix of residences, hospitality offerings, and lifestyle experiences continues to shape a connected community in Lipa City.
