Torre Lorenzo’s Merano Tower at Tierra Lorenzo Lipa is ready for occupancy in Q3 2025

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) is preparing for the upcoming turnover of Merano Tower at Tierra Lorenzo Lipa, scheduled for Q3 2025, which will further expand the company’s presence in Lipa City, Batangas.

After topping off in 2024, the Merano Tower at Tierra Lorenzo Lipa is nearing completion, with 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom model units recently inaugurated on June 18, 2025.  The units feature premium finishes and reflect TLDC’s signature quality found throughout all its residential buildings. Once completed, Merano Tower will feature premium amenities, including a fitness center, a recreational swimming pool, a children’s playground, a roof deck for yoga and meditation, an herb garden for green thumbs, and a pavilion for social gatherings, all designed for the enjoyment of its residents. Just like all Torre Lorenzo properties, residents can expect 24/7 security and a reception service, as well as an in-house property management team responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.
