Torre Lorenzo Devel­op­ment Cor­por­a­tion (TLDC) closed 2025 as another mile­stone year, strength­en­ing its pos­i­tion as a premium developer through innov­a­tion and stra­tegic expan­sion. Advancing on Schedule

In 2025, TLDC advanced sev­eral flag­ship projects across its port­fo­lio. The lux­ury res­id­ence Gal­lery at Torre Lorenzo Loy­ola and the stu­dent res­id­ence West Tower in Quezon City both moved into full con­struc­tion fol­low­ing its first con­crete pour­ing.

In Sam­pa­loc, Ver­tica Torre Lorenzo broke ground as the com­pany’s second uni­versity res­id­ence in the area, sup­por­ted by the open­ing of a new show­room at 1Torre Lorenzo along Taft Avenue.

Out­side Metro Manila, the Mer­ano Tower at Tierra Lipa neared com­ple­tion ahead of its first-quarter 2026 turnover. The year also saw the top­ping off of Dusit Prin­cess Lipa.

In Davao, Crown Res­id­ences broke ground within the grow­ing Tierra Davao com­munity.

Commitment to communities

Torre Lorenzo con­tin­ued its nation-build­ing efforts through wide-ran­ging cor­por­ate social respons­ib­il­ity ini­ti­at­ives. These included the turnover of its third P1 mil­lion schol­ar­ship tranche to the Armed Forces of the Philippines ꟷ Educational Bene­fit Sys­tem Office (AFP-EBSO).

Across Davao and nearby provinces, the com­pany sup­por­ted edu­ca­tion, health, live­li­hood, envir­on­mental pro­tec­tion, and dis­aster response through pro­grams such as Bri­gada Eskwela, med­ical and relief drives, women’s skills train­ing, street light­ing improve­ments, tree-plant­ing and clean-up activ­it­ies, and dona­tions to child devel­op­ment cen­ters. These efforts cul­min­ated in year-end envir­on­mental and com­munity activ­it­ies in Mabini, Davao de Oro.

Looking ahead to 2026

As it enters 2026, Torre Lorenzo is pre­par­ing for another year of growth. Mer­ano Tower at Tierra Lipa is set for turnover by the first quarter of 2026, while Dusit Prin­cess Lipa is expec­ted to open, intro­du­cing a new hos­pit­al­ity des­tin­a­tion in the city.

Con­struc­tion also con­tin­ues for Crown Res­id­ences and Crest Suites, with an estim­ated turnover by 2030 to com­plete the Tierra Davao devel­op­ment.

TLDC is also expand­ing to new loc­a­tions, with planned devel­op­ments in Pam­panga and a fifth premium stu­dent res­id­ence in Malate, con­tinu­ing the com­pany’s long-stand­ing pres­ence in the area that began with 1Torre Lorenzo along Taft Avenue 26 years ago.
