TORRE LORENZO RESPONDS TO COVID-19
Encourages residents to follow quarantine protocols
In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Torre Lorenzo has quickly responded to implement strengthened protocols for the safety of residents and guests across all its properties.
Following the enforcement of an enhanced community quarantine in Luzon, Torre Lorenzo Property Management Corporation (TLPMC) immediately put in place several measures to protect residents’ health and safety during the quarantine period.
All residents and guests are now being screened for temperature as well as other symptoms upon entry. Elevators, hallways, amenities, and other common areas are now being disinfected at regular 30-minute intervals. The TLPMC has further disseminated all containment measures to all residents and is regularly keeping them abreast of relevant information.
TLMPC has also further ensured that support staff in all properties have enough provisions to carry out their duties during the quarantine.
Torre Lorenzo encourages all residents to stay indoors as much as possible, and only travel outside of their units for the most essential needs. The company is one with the government and the community in the fight against the pandemic, and enjoins everyone to do their part in helping mitigate the situation.
